Doug Cashell, Actor
Doug Cashell is an actor, singer, performer, who has been entertaining people and telling stories since he learned to speak.   Doug adores working for and with children because they are the most open, responsive, and honest audience a performer could have the pleasure to entertain! Doug earned his BA in theater arts from Drew University in Madison, NJ. On stage he has toured with Kaiser Permanente’s educational theater group in Georgia and in Media Theatre's children's productions of "Pinkalicious," and Stages of Imagination's "The Dragon Singer."  He is currently performing children's science/storytelling shows with the Sciencetellers.

All Without A Cue Kids Actors hold Child Abuse Clearances from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Ariana Ballerini, Actor

Ariana Ballerini is a recent graduate of West Virginia University with a BFA in Theatre.  Ariana is a Philadelphia based actor and has been a member of Without a Cue Productions since November 2013.  In addition to appearing in such shows as The Cherry Orchard and Lend Me A Tenor, Ariana has also recently returned from a Veggie Tales Live! Tour.  She has also been a featured performer at Sesame Place for a number of seasons.  

Traci Connaughton, Executive Director
Founder and Executive Director of Without A Cue Productions, LLC, Ms. Connaughton has been producing theater in the Philadelphia area since 2002.  Ms. Connaughton graduated with a Master’s of Science in Arts Administration from Drexel University in 2004, and is also an experienced non-profit development professional.  She has also worked as a tutor and teacher, and is the mother of a five year old and a toddler.

Jen Jaynes, Actor
Jen Jaynes is a Philadelphia area actor, vocalist, teacher, director, dramaturge, and choreographer.  She graduated from Villanova University with an M.A. in Theatre as an Acting Scholar and from Kutztown University with a B.A. in Vocal Music Performance. She has performed in productions throughout the Philadelphia region and the United States, and currently performs in touring children’s theater productions with Family Stages and interactive theater with Without a Cue Productions.  She has taught theater and early age music for the past 10 years for ages ranging from preschool to adults.  In the Philadelphia region she teaches after school drama at Whitehall Elementary, East Norriton Middle School, New Eagle Elementary, MacGuffin Film and Theatre Company, and West Chester Studios.
